Mangoes are loved by worldwide. Mango Jam is also loved by each and
every person, by all aged person especially by kids.
If you have many ripe mangoes and do not know
the best uses of mangoes before they
become overripe. Make Mango Jam. Yes, to make mango jam, ripe mangoes are
needed.
Mango
jam is very easy to make. It is made from only 3 ingredients – mango, sugar and
lemon juice. Mango should be ripe. And you can make it within few minutes and
is ready in few hours.
Here
mango puree is used. You can also use chopped mangoes. Process will be same. Just
avoid step no. 4. Mix all ingredients and direct add in pan. By this, in
between you have to mash mango pieces with ladle.

Ingredients:
Mango
– 2 medium sized
Sugar
– 3 tbs
Lemon
– 1 small
Method:
1.
Wash and
peel the mangoes. Remove stone from them.
2.
Chop them
roughly.
3.
Squeeze out
lemon juice from lemon add remove seeds.
4.
In mixture
jar, add mango pieces, sugar and lemon juice; grind them well. make fine smooth
puree.
5.
Heat pan and
add above mango puree.
6.
Cook in law
flame or law heat. Stir continuously.
7.
Cook till little
thick and runny consistency.
8.
Remove from
the heat and take them to the room temperature.
9.
Store in air
tight glass container.
10.
MANGO JAM
is ready to serve.
Serving Tip:
Spread
on bread or paratha or roti.
