Soup is served as the starter,
first course or before a main meal. It should be served one hour before the main
meal. There are so many types of soup: Clear soup, thick soup, cold soup, hot
soup. Clear soup is mostly made in French Cuisine. Thick soup is made from
vegetable and thickened by starch.
