Poha Cutlet Recipe |

Ingredients:
Poha
(Flattened Rice) : ¾ cup
water
: 1 glass
Potato
: 1 big size boiled and mashed
Onion
: 1 finely chopped
Green
Chili : 2 chopped
Coriander
: ¼ cup chopped
Gram
Flour (besan) : 2 tbs
Red
Chili Powder : 1 tbs
Coriander
Powder : ¾ tbs
Cumin
Powder : ¼ tbs
Turmeric
Powder : ½ ts
Salt
: To taste
Sugar
: 1 tsp
Lemon
: ½
Oil
: To deep fry
Method:
1.
In bowl, add poha and water. Soak for 15 minutes.
2.
After 15 minutes, remove access water from poha, and mash it.
3.
Add boiled, mashed potato, green chili, chopped coriander, gram
flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric
powder, salt, sugar, and lemon juice.
4.
Mix well.
5.
Take lemon size ball from that mixture and give round cutlet shape.
6.
make other cutlet from remaining mixture.
7.
deep fry in medium hot oil till outer layer becomes crispy and golden
brown color.
8.
POHA CUTLET is ready to share.
Serving Tip:
Serve Poha Cutlet with Green Chutney and/or Tomato Ketch up.
