Oreo Pakoda - Deep Fried Oreos

Yes, you are right. Oreo pakoda is actually deep fried oreo biscuit pakoda. It is also known as oreo bhajiya and oreo fritters. Oreo pakoda is Ahmedabad's famous street food now and also getting served as a dessert in delhi with ice cream.

In this recipe, we will learn how to make oreo pakoda dessert recipe. This fried oreo dessert is largely used as party dessert, Christmas dessert, kids dessert, indian festival dessert, etc. This oreo fritters can be prepared with two variants, those are vanilla oreo pakoda and chcolate oreo pakoda.


  


Ingredients requires to make Oreo Pakoda:

For Vanilla Oreo Pakoda,
Oreo Vanilla Biscuits : 120 gms packet
Purpose flour : 1 cup
Powdered sugar : 3-4 tbsp
Baking soda : 1/8 tsp
Salt : Pinch ( Optional )
Water : 3/4 cup

For Choco Oreo Pakoda,
Oreo Choco Cream Biscuit : 120 gms packet
Purpose flour : 1 cup
Powdered sugar : 4 tbsp
Baking soda : 1/8 tsp
salt : Pinch ( Optional ) 
Cocoa powder : 1 and 1/2 tsp
water : 3/4 cup

Oil : To fry
Chocolate syrup : For garnishing & serving
Strawberry syrup : For garnishing & serving
Vanilla or Oreo ice cream : To serve

How to Make Oreo Pakoda:


This Ahmedabad's famous vanilla Crème Pakoda.
Vanilla Crème Oreo Pakoda

For Vanilla Oreo Pakoda,
1. in mixing bowl, add purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, and salt mix well.

2. Add water gradually, mix well and make thick better. 

3. Take vanilla creme oreo biscuit, deep in better, and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes both the sides. 

4. soft, fluffy and delicious vanilla Oreo pakoda is ready.

5. Drizzle some strawberry syrup and serve with ice cream.

This is Ahmedabad's famous Chocolate crème Oreo pakoda recipe.
Choco Crème Oreo Pakoda

For Choco Oreo Pakoda,
1. In mixing bowl, add purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder, mix well.

2. Add water gradually and make thick better. 

3. Take Choco crème flavoured oreo biscuit, deep in better and fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes both the sides.

4. Soft, fluffy and yummy choco crème oreo pakoda is ready.

5. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on it and serve with ice cream.
