Ingredients:
Leftover
Idlis – 4-5
Oil
– 2 tbs
Mustard
seeds – ½ ts
Turmeric
powder – ½ ts
Method:
1.
Chop idlis in
cube shape.
2.
Heat oil in
a pan.
3.
Add mustard
seeds.
4.
When they
sputtering, add turmeric powder.
5.
Immediately add
chopped idlis; mix well.
6.
Cook till
they become crispy at sides or approx 5 minutes at low heat.
7.
Crispy and
hot IDLI STIR FRY is ready to serve.

Serve
