Simple Homemade Corn Salsa 


                Corn – 1 cup boiled
                Onion – 1 chopped
                Tomato – 1 chopped
                Jalapeno - 1 seeded and chopped
                Lime juice – 1 tbs
                Salt – to taste
                Chili flakes – ¼ ts
                Oregano – ¼ ts
                Coriander – 1 tbs chopped
                Mint leaves – for garnishing


1.       In a mixing bowl, take boiled corn or grilled corn.
2.       In the same bowl, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped jalapeno, lime juice, salt, chili flakes, and oregano; mix well.
3.       Now add coriander and again mix well.
4.       Remove in the serving plate or bowl and garnish with mint leaves.

Serving Tip:

            Serve with Nachos or Corn Chips. You can refrigerate for 20-30 minutes as well.
