                Garlic and Red chilies are very basic and mostly used ingredients in our kitchen. Many recipes, garlic and red chili both are used. So to save time, make garlic chutney and store in container and use it whenever it is needed. There are so many types of garlic chutney preparation depend on recipes. This Red Chili Garlic Chutney recipe is consist only garlic and red chili powder. It is very quick and easy recipe, you can make it at home.  Just grind garlic and red chili powder together. You can also add salt as per taste. But be careful when you add it in any recipe; use some less salt in that. Add water and again grind. If you want dry garlic chutney, avoid water.
It is mainly used for vada pav, momos, curries, garlic dosa, chaats, etc. just spread this Red Chili Garlic Chutney on dosa, and you can get nice, aromatic, spicy garlic dosa. This Garlic Chutney is also used in Mumbai Vada pav. Where garlic paste and red chili powder both are require, you can use this.
Garlic Chutney is also known as lahsun or lasun ki chutney in India.

Ingredients:

                   Garlic – 10-15 cloves
                   Red chili powder – 1 ½ tbs
                   Water – 1-2 tbs

Method:

1.       Grind garlic cloves and red chili powder, make fine paste.
2.       Add water and again grind for a minute.
3.    Red Chili Garlic Chutney is ready to use.
