Broccoli Corn Salad in Papad Bowl |
Broccoli
is very rich in nutrition. And of course corn is also healthy and all time favorite
food. So we should include these two in our diet. This is the quick and easy Broccoli Corn Salad recipe gives nice
taste and provides all nutrition and other health benefits. Here is one unique serving
twist. Serve this salad in papad ( Papadum ) bowl. Give papad to bowl shape and
put this salad in it. That’s why its name is Broccoli Corn Salad in Papad Bowl. You can serve this Broccoli Corn Salad in Papad Bowl as a
salad or as a side dish also. Make this only when you want to eat otherwise
papad (papadum) will become soggy.
Ingredients:
Broccoli
florets – 1 ½ cup blanched
Corn
– ½ cup boiled
Papad
( Papadum ) – 1 no.
For
dressing:
olive oil – 2 tbs
olive oil – 2 tbs
Salt
– to taste
Black
pepper powder – ½ ts
Minced
garlic – ½ ts
Chaat
masala – ½ ts
Lemon
juice – ½ ts
Method:
1.
In bowl, add
all ingredients of dressing one by one and mix well.
2.
Add blanched
broccoli florets and boiled corn.
3.
Mix well.
4.
Roast papad
in tawa or on direct flame.
5.
Immediately put
in other bowl and press on it with the help of folded kitchen towel and give
bowl shape.
6.
Wait for a
minute.
7.
Add remove
papad in plate and add above salad in it.
8.
Quick and
easy Broccoli Corn Salad in Papad Bowl
is ready to eat.
Serving Tip:
Serve
immediately as a salad or as a side dish also.
