Sago Pearls Balls Cutlet Sabudana Tikki Tapioca Pearls |
This is
fasting food means you can take it in fasting. It is also main meal of fasting
means you can take it in lunch or dinner. This recipe is known as sabudana ni tikki in Gujarati. It is
also known as sago pearl balls cutlet
and tapioca pearls recipe.
Ingredients:
Sago
- 1 cup
Peanuts
– ½ cup
Potato
– 1 boiled and smashed
Green
chili – 2 chopped
Ginger
paste – 1 ts
Cinnamon
powder – ½ ts
Clove
powder – ½ ts
Sugar
- 1 ts
Lemon
juice – 1 ts
Salt
- to taste
Oil
for sauté
Method:
1.
Soak sago
for 3-4 hours.
2.
Remove water
and dry it.
3.
Dry sauté
peanuts, skin off, and crushed.
4.
In a bowl
take sago.
5.
Add peanuts,
potato, green chili, ginger paste, lime juice, sugar, cinnamon powder, clove
powder, and salt.
6.
Mix well.
7.
Take small
portion and make a shape of cutlet or tikki.
8.
Sauté with
oil in non stick pan till golden color.
9.
SAGO PEARL BALLS
CUTLET or SABUDANA TIKKI or TAPIOCA PEARLS RECIPE is ready.
Serving Tip:
Serve hot with curd, fried whole
green chili.
