Its very easy. Here is the tip.
While Kneeding a dough, add little oil and use lukewarm water.
After kneading a dough, again add little oil and mix it.
Leave dough for half an hour.
Take a small ball and roll out it very thin.
When chapati is ready, immediately spread ghee/butter on it.
Next day you will not get stale chapati.
Must try this and get appreciation from your family...
